- 60-Day Money Back Guarantee: Customers have a 60-day period from the date the software has been officially implemented and used to request a full refund if not satisfied with our services.
- After the 60-day period has elapsed, customers who wish to cancel their service will be required to pay for the first two months of service, regardless of usage during that time.
